Plastik boru üretimi yapan bir firmada ıso 9001:2015 kalite yönetim sisteminin kurulması

Abstract

Plastik boru üretimi yapan firmada mevcut kalite yönetim sistemi olan ISO 9001:2008 standardının revize olması ile yeni standart ISO 9001:2015'e uygun kalite yönetim sisteminin kurulması gerekmektedir. Bu çalışmada XYZ Ltd. Şti. olarak adlandırılan firmada ISO 9001:2015 standardına göre kurulumu gerçekleştirilen kalite yönetim sistemi ayrıntılı olarak ele alınmıştır. Ayrıca kalite yönetim sisteminin gerekliliklerinden detaylarıyla bahsedilmiştir. Bu çalışma doğrultusunda firmada 2015 standardına geçiş sonrasında kalite yönetiminde iyileşme düzeyi, ÇÖKV (Çok Ölçütlü Karar Verme) tekniklerinden olan TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) yöntemi ile değerlendirilmiş ve uygulamanın firmaya önceki yıllara göre katkı sağladığı görülmüştür. Bu tez, imalat sektöründeki firmalara, ISO 9001:2008 standardının yerine geçen ISO 9001:2015 standardının kurulumuna ve yeni versiyonun getirdiği yenilik ve değişikliklerin anlaşılması konusunda yardımcı olması amacıyla hazırlanmıştır. At the plastic pipe manufacturing company, establishing a quality management system conforming to the new standard ISO 9001: 2015 with the revision of the existing ISO 9001: 2008 quality management system is necessary. In this study, the quality management system that is installed according to ISO 9001: 2015 standard is discussed in detail in the company called XYZ Ltd. Sti. In addition, the requirements of the quality management system are mentioned in detail. In this study, the level of improvement in quality management after the transition to the 2015 standard at the firm, it was evaluated by TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) method which is one of the MCDA (Multiple Criteria Decision Making) techniques and it is seen that the application contributes to the firm according to previous years. This thesis has been prepared to help companies in the manufacturing sector to establish the ISO 9001: 2015 standard instead of the ISO 9001: 2008 standard and to understand the innovations and changes introduced by the new version.
