| dc.description.abstract | Kinetik nesne tasarımı tarih boyunca insanlığın ilginisini çekmiştir. Günümüz
yaşam stilinin, önceki nesillere göre daha dinamik ve hızlı olması, göçebe hayata yönelik
olan özgür ve “yerden bağımsız olma” isteği, küreselleşen dünya ile kullanıcıların yaşam
formlarında değişmelere neden olmuştur. Hızlı yaşam anlayışı ile konut ihtiyaçlarının
değişiklik göstermesi sonucu; kullanıcılar yaşam kalitelerini korumak adına mobil
konutları tercih etmeye başlamışlardır. Sosyo-kültürel durum, ekonomik değişimler,
teknolojik gelişmeler ve çevresel şartlar, zaman içerisinde konut tasarım yaklaşımlarında
değişime uğramasına sebebiyet vermiştir.
Endsütri devrimi ile değişime uğrayan aile kavramı ve getirisi olan yaşam alanı
ihtiyaçlarının farklılaşması; kullanıcıları mobil olmaya iten en büyük etkenlerdendir.
Büyük ve geniş ailelerden çekirdek aileye geçiş süreci, konutların plan tasarımında ve
boyutlarında değişmelere neden olmuştur. Konut mekânlarının çalışan ailelerin
ihtiyaçlarından fazla olması nedeniyle; kullanıcılar mobil konutları daha fazla tercih
etmeye başlamıştır.
Kadınların iş hayatına girişi ile, gün içerisinde konut mekânında yaşayan kişi
sayısının azalması; konutu sadece yatmak ve dinlenmek için kullanılan bir iç mekan haline
getirmiştir. Yıllar içerisinde gelişen ve değişen teknolojik etkenler, kullanıcıların iş bulma
olanaklarını ve çalışma biçimlerini değiştirmiştir. Kapalı ofislerde çalışma zorunluluğu
olmayan kullanıcılar, evden çalışarak kazançlarını sağlamaktadır. Böylelikle yaşamlarını
istedikleri doğrultuda ilerletme fırsatı bulan kullanıcılar, statik konutlardan daha dinamik
ve hızlı olan mobil konutlar üzerine yoğunlaşmaya başlamışlardır.
Kullanıcılar tarafından sıkça tercih edilen mobil konutlar, yıllar içerisinde farklı
kullanım şekilleri ile tercih sebebi olmuşlardır. Önceleri tatil amaçlı kısa süreli kullanıma
sahip olan mobil konutlar; sosyo-kültürel, ekonomik, teknolojik ve çevresel etkenlerin
değişmesi ile; konut mekanına yönelik algıda farklılıklar yaşanmıştır. Kullanıcı isteklerinin
ve yaşam tarzının değişikliği paralelinde artık statik konutlar ihtiyaçlara çözüm üretememiş
ve mobil konutların kalıcı olarak kullanımı artmaya başlamıştır.Tez içeriğinde, konut kavramı ve mobil konut gelişim süreci, mobil konut
tasarımına ve gelişim sürecine etki eden faktörler, mobil konut tasarım yaklaşımlarının
değerlendirilmesi yapılmıştır. Birinci bölümde, konut kavramı hakkında bilgilerin
verilmesi ve bu süreç içerisinde mobil konutların ne tür bir gelişme geçirdiği incelenmiştir.
Mobil konutun gelişimi ile bu sürece etki eden faktörlerin incelenmesi ikinci bölümde alt
başlıklar halinde verilmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde; mobil konut tasarım yaklaşımları verilen
bilgiler doğrultusunda incelenmiştir ve değerlendirilmiştir. Elde edinilen bilgiler
doğrultusunda mobil konut tasarımına yönelik yaklaşım çıkarımlarında bulunulmuştur.
Kinetic object design has attracted the attention of humanity throughout history.
The fact that today's lifestyle is more dynamic and faster than previous generations has led
to the longing for nomadic life and changes in the life forms of the users with the
globalizing world. Thus, users have started to prefer mobile housing in order to maintain
their quality of life. However, the socio-cultural situation, economic changes, technological
developments and environmental conditions have led to changes in the design principles of
mobile housing over time.
The concept of family, which has been transformed by the industrial revolution, is
one of the main factors driving users to be mobile. The transition from large and extended
families to core families has led to changes in the plan design and size of the houses. Since
traditional housing is too big for such families, users have increasingly opted for mobile
housing.
The time that people spent at their Homes decreased because the women are also
introduced in the business life in the new millenia, therefore Housing has become the place
people use just for sleeping and resting. Due to the spatial dimensions of traditional houses,
users who do not want to pay for the spaces they do not use started to prefer to use smaller
and mobile houses.
Technological factors that have evolved and changed over the years have enabled
the users to find jobs and changes in working conditions. Users who do not have to work in
closed offices provide their earnings by working from home. In this way, users who had
the opportunity to move their lives in the direction they wanted started to concentrate on
mobile homes which are more dynamic and faster than traditional homes.
Throughout history mobile Homes have been very popüler, therefore it is possible
to find manny different applications. Initially, short-term housing for holiday purposes,
housing, socio-cultural, economic, technological and environmental factors have changed
the transition to permanent housing. As the demands of the users change frequently, it
increases the usage of mobile houses permanently because traditional houses take a long
time and cost more to solve such problems. In the thesis content, the concept of housing and mobile housing development
process, factors affecting mobile housing design and development process, evaluation of
mobile housing design approaches are examined in chapters. In the first part, information
about the concept of housing and the development of mobile housing has been examined.
The development of mobile housing and the factors affecting this process are given in the
second chapter. In the third chapter, the design approaches of mobile housing and mobile
housing are examined in accordance with the information given. In the last section; In
accordance with the information obtained, the approach of design of mobile housing for
