Primary cardiac lymphoma is an extremely rare malignancy. A few reports about the findings of (18)fluorine-fluorodeoxyglucose (F-1(8)-FDG) positron emission tomography/computed tomography (PET/CT) imaging has been presented. We report a rare case of a 70-year-old male with diagnosed primary intracardiac diffuse large B-cell lymphoma referred for F-18-FDG PET/CT imaging for initial staging. The scan revealed an abnormal hypermetabolic gross tumoral lesion involving the right atrium and auricula. After completing three cycles of chemotherapy, post-treatment F-18-FDG PET/CT showed complete response.en_US
