Okul öncesi eğitim ortamlarında çocuklar arası etkileşimde öğretmen rolü

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı, erken çocukluk döneminde çocuklar arası etkileşimde öğretmenin rolünün incelenmesidir. Araştırma nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden durum çalışması deseni ile şekillendirilmiştir. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu, 2018-2019 eğitim-öğretim yılında Ankara ili merkezinde bulunan bağımsız bir anaokulunda görev yapan, kolay ulaşılabilir durum örneklemesiyle belirlenen ve gönüllü olan beş okul öncesi öğretmeni oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmanın verileri, nitel çalışmaların veri toplama tekniklerinden gözlem ve yarı-yapılandırılmış görüşme soruları ile elde edilmiştir. Araştırma verilerinin analizleri doğrultusunda bulgular, öğretmenlerin sınıf içi etkileşime yönelik algıları, öğretmenlerin çocuklar arasındaki etkileşime yönelik algı ve uygulamaları, öğretmen-çocuk etkileşimleri temaları ve öğrenme merkezlerinde oyun zamanı sırasında öğretmen-çocuk etkileşimleri alt teması şeklinde tanımlanmıştır.The aim of this study is to investigate practices of the early childhood teachers during child-child interactions in early childhood learning environments. Case study design was utilized for the study. The study group consisted of five pre-school teacherswho were determined by the convenient sampling in the center of Ankara in the 2018-2019 academic year. The data of the study was gathered thorugh observations conducted at each classroom and semi-structured interviews conducted with each teacher. In line with the analysis of the research data, the findings were categorized as teachers 'perceptions of classroom interaction, teachers' perceptions and practices of interaction between children, teacher-child interactions themes and teacher-child interactions sub-theme during free play activities.
